Dunkin'

Do not support this place. Their employees discriminate and it is absolutely not ok. Since when does Dunkin only serve a specific gender, race, or religion? How can Dunkin allow its employees to treat customers this way and not even be willing to apologize or make things right? Very disappointing.

Wish I could prepare my own coffee

Two of my friends went into this establishment and were immediately greeted with utter disrespect and racism. In 2019, in the state of Arizona, these people had the audacity to deny service to my friends because of their hijab. This is extremely disrespectful and a spit in the face to all the people pushing for equality. I personally will never step foot in this establishment again as I am in disbelief and disgust.

Went in on veterans day for a coffee and the lady asked if I was a veteran (I am) and gave me a free donut.

👉2/25/19 20:30👈💢💢I went through drive through for a chai latte. Was told she would have to dirty the machine but would make it. After paying and arriving at home I looked into to cup and saw DISGUSTING clumps of spoiled milk or something that was similar to spoiled looking milk. It didnt smell nasty. But it sure looked it. WILL NEVER RETURN HERE. YOU GUYS WATCH YOUR DRINKS NEAR CLOSING BECAUSE THEY WILL GET YA FOR PISSING THEM OFF. WHILE THEY ARE TRYING TO GET OUT OF THEIR STORE AND HOME.💢💢

French crullers are excellent, and the munchkins are great. Worth the hour drive.

Its was good price but not the flavor i expected

Customer service good. Could not use restroom occupied by a person for 40 minutes. No assistance from staff. Only told that it kept unlocked so people off the street use it. Like their tea and coffee. Need to do something about restroom availability.

Worthless management, unwilling to work with customers. I drove in from Tucson and came in requesting a “large order” (kind of, as I don’t see 8 dozen donuts at a donut shop being an unreasonable request) and instead of coming up with solutions or alternatives, I was turned away. Absolutely foolish. I hope the owners of this store see this review and address with with their management.

Worst cup of coffee in town. Asked to fix a simple americano 3 times and still came out wrong. I dumped it and went somewhere else.

Very disappointed and disgusted with the type of discriminatory behavior that has occurred. The “common curtesy” that one WOULD expect to receive from the employees of this coffee shop is most definitely not afforded to every customer who walks into the shop no matter their race, gender, religion etc... This is coming from personal experience. I most certainly will be taking my business elsewhere... in an enviorment where religion ,race ,gender etc... does not determine whether the customer receives their order. This American is NOT running on Dunkin’ any longer...

Just went through their drive thru 20mins before their online posted closing time only to find out no one is even working there at this time.

Decent donuts, seasonal ones are better. Liking the blended shakes and coffee. A pleasant dining area.

America doesn't run on Dunkin. I don't know who lied to them. Coffee isn't anything special. Gas station coffee tastes the same as any others.

Worst customer service ever and every time why do I keep going back there? The general manager Mary is horrible! She tried to tell me it was all my fault my order was messed up

I would like to say that this is a terrible place. A friend of mine is being discriminated against for wearing a head scarf which happens to be apart of our religion. In no way was she rude or caused any disruption. To not be served and refused service in such a way, is blatant discrimination. If this is what the organization represents I urge people not attend this place.

Called the manager to voice my concern about Muslim teenager being refused service because she was wearing a hijab/head cover she never called back. This location should be making a public appology for the concerning behavior of their staff. - Barbara
